Sure, I would love to meet you. I have been working on a project down there for the last year. I am in the final stages, The clients moved in early December. Monday will be one of two final installations, for this home. They have a Knightdale address off of 540, My next project in that area is in Garner. It will not require as much work as this one did. I usually have dinner at Crabtree, South Point or Briar Creek when I'm down there.
True art collectors/investors always have too much stuff and not enouth wall space but that's a nice problem to have right?
I checked out Valaries' work...it's very good. Do you sell her work? I do have some textiles from west africa.........you know....mud cloth, batiks, some kente.... the usual stuff. My business partner is from Nigeria so we import lots of artifacts, custom made african clothing and of course the fabric. What's up, are you looking for products?.

I have a company called Artistic Lifestyling. (www.artisticlifestyling.com) I actually started out as an art gallery owner - We started offering design services for clients who had difficulty with how to choose art and use it in their home. I realized pretty early on that you need to have a great location for an art gallery (in an area that already has arts patrons) and that I wanted to live on the internet rather than being tied to one small location. So I closed the gallery and redesigned my company. Artistic Lifestyling is now a full-service design company, and soon the design portion will be just one division in the larger lifestyle company.
It's really a creative work in progress - but lots of fun.
Since you want to own your own business, my suggestion is not to wait for the "perfect time" to begin your company (i.e. years from now) Start with something small right now and see how you can grow your ideas.
I noticed that you have started your own business. In the future, maybe a few years from now, I really want to own my own firm. I would love to hear about your journey as your company contiues to grow. What is the name of your Interior Desgin company?
